First Day of School

It was Carter's first day of 3rd grade today. It was Bradley's Open House today for 4K, and his first day is next week.
When we went outside to take pictures, I wasn't expecting Bradley to grab his big brother and give him a great big hug.......

Bradley's Open House was in the afternoon until the end of the day. We were able to pick up Carter when school was done. The boys wanted to get a couple of pictures of their school... "Eastview School". Carter & Bradley both attend Eastview Elementary School.

Carter was not overly thrilled that he was going back to school so soon. But he had a great first day in 3rd grade. When I asked him how his day went, his eyes lit up, with a great big smile, and said "It was awesome!!" He is now excited for his 2nd day of 3rd grade.

Bradley is happy that big brother will be able to take him to his classroom every day.

Wisconsin Dells with the Klimek's

We had a great time with the Klimek's in Wisconsin Dells last weekend.

We stayed at the Wilderness Territory Resort. This resort & waterpark was unbelievably big!!

The resort has about 4 or 5 waterparks. We needed another day to be able to get to all of them.

There was so much to do at the resort. Shana & Abby had a mother-daughter activity at the Polka Dot Pots and painted pottery!

Even Bradley painted a little airplane.....

Carter tried painting a little duck...

He decided pottery wasn't for him! :-)




Bradley enjoyed it...

We ate at our traditional childhood restaurant growing up, the "Paul Bunyan's Cook Shanty"

It was still as good as I remember!

A stroll downtown after breakfast for Haunted Houses, Alien's Roadtrip, and fudge!! The Klimek's even took an old-fashioned picture and got all dressed up.

What a good time we had! It was nice that mom and dad could join us for the fun. Thanks Klimie's!!

King's Visit Lake Geneva

We had a great weekend with Pete, Jody & the boys when they came to visit

It was a great weekend to be in Lake Geneva, as the Venetian Festival was going on!

Lots of rides, games, music & food ~~~ Bradley & A.J.

It worked out great for the boys to have a friend their age to ride the carnival rides together.
